Tax preparation is by appointment only (no walk-Ins). Schedule your appointment online using the link for the closest location to you, or call 864-335-5011 and leave a message. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may also do that online or call 864-468-9739 and leave a message.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you can pick up a tax preparation packet at the site of your appointment any tax preparation day prior to your appointment or at one of these locations:

Ray Hopkins Senior Center (Mauldin), 203 Corn Rd, Greenville, SC 29607.

Augusta Road United Methodist Church (Tuesday and Thursdays, 8–11am) in the Holy Grounds coffee room, 8324 Augusta Road, Pelzer, SC 29669.

Laurens County Public Library, 1017 W Main St, Laurens, SC 29360.

Berea Community Center, 6 Hunts Bridge Rd, Greenville, SC 29617.

If you pick-up your packet in advance, please come to your appointment with the intake form filled out. If you don’t pick up your packet in advance, please arrive at your appointment site 15 minutes before your scheduled time. All taxpayers on the tax return must have a valid Social Security Card (or a form SSA-1099), and if of age, a valid photo ID.
